There were used only high-quality materials and west European standards.
Embed a lot of stone and stone details (stone facade on the ground floor, window jambs and frames around windows and balconies) as well as quality wood (pergola, guardrail fence, porch ceiling and entrance area, shower boxes by the pool).
The interior is fully equipted with furniture and all needed technics, including kitchen; the most expensive of the Italian techniques are used for treatment of some of the walls.
Ceramic floor surfaces are equipped with underfloor heating. Air conditioning is a multy split system solution of ''DAIKIN''.
The bathrooms were used precious mosaic ceramics.
Installed SAT TV. The facility is secured by CCTV cameras, 4G internet.
Complete garden is covered with automatic system of irrigation ''HUNTER USA''.
There's small separated laundry room for washing and drying machines, ''Bosch'' manufactured.
The building was designed, performed and supervised and co-funded by the architect with extensive experience.
In the end, this is a villa in law its meaning because the ratio of the base object and the surface of the plot is 1: 8. This makes the villa to the world’s standards, when the profession in question require.
Only thus obtained privacy, open views of the sea, swimming pool with beach furnished garden, there’s a feeling of luxury and a higher standard of living.
The building is connected to the city (regional) water, electricity, new and wide road with street lighting from main road to gate of villa.
