Middle age town of Budva, is on 5 km, and also towns from the same era in history are Town of Kotor on 25 km and town of Cetinje on 30 km. There are two airports (Tivat on 20 km and Podgorica on 60 km) from the village of Podlicak. Electricity,water and telephone are on the lot, and according to the latest zoning plans, apartment building or luxurious villa of 960 m/2 can be built. The price for the lot is 350.000 Eur, and if there is an interest by the investors, 30%25 of the future building which can have 960 m/2, can be given to the owners of the lot instead of money as secondary type of an agreement.
